After graduating, he embarked on a career in theater set design and collaborated with architects, enriching his approach with artistic concepts. Deeply influenced by the connections between man and nature, Malerba explores this theme through the dynamics and beauties of nature and the human impact on the environment. He describes his creative process as an extension of his childhood play, experimenting with available materials to bring his imagination to life. Now as a professional, he strives for elegance in his ideas, drawing inspiration from everyday surroundings and aiming for simplicity and clarity in his designs.

Among his creations, Frequency exemplifies his desire to embody the essence of light, inspired by envisioning a beam of light traveling through space. This year's new collection, DALMA, continues this theme. The wave-like shapes of Dalma remind us of natural phenomena, creating an abstract presence like a luminous soul, a soft wave. Dalma evokes a warm movement, reminiscent of a dividing cell, with its transparent, egg-like form enclosing a sinuous nucleus. The design features sinuous, feminine lines reminiscent of a primordial Venus, offering simplicity with the impactful presence of an icon.
